How it works

You’ll pay a set price for a fixed number of users for a license agreement. License agreement consist of a full school year. The price is usually tiered depending on the included features and number of learners.

As the number of users goes up, the rate goes down. The amount of learners is usually calculated per semester or school year.

This plan is for you if…

1. You know for sure which features you need;
2. You’re a small, medium or large institution/organization and need of a online life skills curriculum and a targeted amount of capacity of users.

Price Range for this Model

The pricing model is simple: you pay a fixed price for a certain number of learners added to the system. The benefit of this model is that you can easily predict your monthly license fee and annual expenses for the learning management system.

Pay-per learner prices are tiered per institution /organization agreement: Cross Academy LMS — Minimum of 45 users per institution/organization per license agreement.

***This is an entire 16 week semester long online life skills training program.

Billing

Is pricing monthly or annual?
Pricing is monthly license with option to pay upfront annually.

What types of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We only accept payments online, which allows you to access the necessary files and support site immediately after purchase.

How do I renew my license?
All licenses renew automatically after one calendar year. You may cancel at the end of your license subscription.

What is your cancellation and refund policy? Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds once you have agreed to terms of your initial license contract agreement and purchase of online life skills curriculum should you decide that Cross Academy LMS meets your programs needs.
